Yes, when the right materials are used. We specify solid brass and copper fixtures because cheap aluminum and plastic housings warp, corrode, and discolor after a few Austin summers. Quality LED modules paired with brass or copper bodies routinely last 15 to 20 years in our climate.
Almost always, yes. Low-voltage cable is buried just a few inches deep and we route it along existing bed edges, mulch lines, and hardscape joints. On established yards we hand-tunnel under sod and around root zones so your turf and plantings stay intact.
We do. Most of our installs use Wi-Fi or app-based transformers that pair with Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Home, so you can run scenes, schedules, and away-mode from your phone. We can also tie lighting timers to your existing smart irrigation controller so the whole yard runs on one system.
